One should wonder who is to be truly held responsible for it, though - the child whose powers were released without criteria nor boundary, or the people who restrained those powers, to begin with. In any case, it wouldn't be a first occurrence for them.
Nevertheless, some of the results were quite amusing to watch. Should I change my speech patterns around you from now on, Haruka-sama?
